Went in for a face to face interview through an employee referral. Otherwise its usually preceded by a short telephonic interview. Completed 4-5 rounds of interviews, starting with a general interview followed by technical, sales and HR interviews. You are asked to pick your area of expertise in the technical rounds. CV is thoroughly scrutinized.

Entrevista
Initial phone screen with recruiter, then a video chat with hiring manager. Afterwards, 1:1 video interviews with various team members, and finally a video panel interview w/technical presentation to the same people with whom the 1:1 interviews were conducted. However, no response from the recruiter for weeks after the panel interview. Unprofessional
