Applied in Sept and got a call for an interview at the end of Oct. Be prepared to do role playing of different interactions that could happen in the class during the interview. Must have a college degree in child development and have some type of experience working with children. Ask questions about your philosophy on education and about lesson planning skills.

Very professional and very welcoming. Asked great questions and was given ample time ask my own at end of interview. Loved that it involved parents of children currently enrolled in program.
