Interview felt like a fairly standard, competency based interview. Not a grilling, very conversational. I was told it may take a week or two to get feedback as they were interviewing quite a few people for quite a few roles.
That was 5 months ago. I assume I did not get the role, but have not been told anything officially. I have chased the recruiting team, the talent acquisition team, and gone direct to the hiring managers who conducted the interview asking for feedback and have not had a single reply from any of them.
I am very pragmatic - and if I am not the right person for the role then I accept that, but if this is how they treat people I think it rings alarm bells for National Grid as an organisation. I will not be applying for any further roles with them.

You get an email to pick and slot then recieve a link with the meeting invite.
The problem is the communication during the recurement process and after is extreemly poor. After putting in the effort and preparing for the interview, i didn't hear back for weeks and weeks and then i recieved an automated rejection which gave me the option to ask for feedback.. more than a month later i still have not recieved anything.
I don't plan on applying again anytime soon, and I am left bitter about the treatment. I've been rejected many times, but rarely after an interview and rarely is the communication this poor after an interview.

Entrevista
Call with a recruiter followed by multiple emails to set up different interviews. The interviews last 30min to an hour and will test you on behavioral and managerial skills as well as your ability to work under pressure and how you’ve achieved or overcame some difficult situations.
