Had a first interview with four employees. Unfortunately, most of them were reading questions off another screen, and it was barely technical. The emphasis was more on how you will embrace our values of diversity and inclusion etc, and there seemed to be a big focus on working in teams of 10 to 20 people. Overall very disappointing - two of the people interviewing me seemed to be fresh out of college. I would think that after having a PhD, dual masters, and several years of experience, they would value my knowledge rather than finding excuses to dismiss me because of how they specifically like to work in their offices
