You are sent an email to attend a test based on how you would respond to customer service calls. If you pass that test, you are sent another email to advise you that your resume will be forwarded to a hiring manager. You will then receive another email telling you the time and place of the interview. In the interview, you are given a mock customer service call and how you would react to the caller. You may also be told that you are only given 3 holidays off and a 1 year probationary period. You will also be part of a team that must perform well to get a bonus at the end of the year. You may have a schedule of 10am-6pm or 3pm-Midnight and you have no control over that.
