Attended the annual engineering career fair at my school, met a volunteer representative. I was asked to interview that evening. Interview was very casual and the representative did a great job of making sure I was a good fit while maintaining a positive atmosphere and answering all of my questions about the job. Ended up receiving an offer and declining because of location and salary.

Applied through the university recruitment event. While the application process took some time, the interview was very quick, unlike many others. The employees servings as the panel (in-person) were professional and well prepared to ask thought-provoking questions for scenarios involving the applied position.
