1. Phone call with Hr, they asked general questions about previous work experience and qualifications. 2. Online assessment test using a data base system. Be sure to be well focused during the test. 3. A zoom interview with 2 supervisors. They asked mostly behavioral questions, "tell me a time when you had to deliver bad news". 4. Interview with the Hiring Manager on Microsoft Teams. A bit more behavioral questions and some scenarios describing a car accident. He wanted you to rephrase what he said and explained who can be at fault during the accident.
The Hiring Manager was a guy in his early 30s. He said he'll give me a phone call the week of my interview but never did. Don't be surprised if you're ghosted by him.

The interview process went really well. All they really did was go over my resume with me and asked me some questions about my experience and my degree. After that, I was allowed to shadow a claims representative for like 45 minutes to an hour. Then after that, I left.
