Brief telephone interview asking for experience and flexibility. Few questions behind the knowledge of the business. Next stage was group assessment followed by competency based interview. Very awkward set up during the group assessment with managers sitting around the room observing behaviors of candidates. All feels very intimidating with candidates shouting over each other to make impression. Managers conducting the interview are reading the questions from the script not even looking at the candidate.
