The process and communication was clear, and the interview process went fairly quickly after the initial phone screening. We had three stage of the interview process from phone screening, interview with colleagues, then senior managers, and a final one with the VP.

After an online application, someone reached out for a "brief phone call (10 minutes)". They called a few minutes late, then conducted a 30 minute interview, did not leave time for questions, and informed at the end of the interview that they were considering me for a lower position. They ghosted.

Absolutely bonkers interview where they fished for specific answers, evaded requests for clarification, and generally followed poor interviewing practices. Some of what they asked made sense, and tracks with what others have said here, but other parts were completely unhinged.
