I had an idea of rejoining the organisation as per the recommendation from the Chairman and the General Manager of HRD. The idea was to pass through the formal selection process. With the traditional selection process, I had to give a written exam which was for an hour, then a 10 minutes group discussion, personal interview with the panel and then 1-1 interview with the Executive Director.
