I conducted an interview over the phone with a senior service coordinator who was based in the headquarters location of Ohio. The interview was very casual and the interviewer was friendly. There was only one person I spoke to for the interview. The questions focused mainly on my experience with the elderly population and my knowledge of resources for low income elderly.
