I was contacted within 1 day from submitting my resume and application. The interview was with the lead Data Scientist and was a positive experience. Majority of the interview was spent on discussing the contract project goals and my experience within the domain. The second interview was a bit more technical but not overly demanding. I was offered the position the same day. The hiring process was straightforward, but I took a few months after the offer was signed for the project customer to approve. Once the approval was done, I was working within a week.
