The interview process involved being grilled by a couple of rude women who asked a bunch of stupid, irrelevant questions. You mean, you want to know where I see myself in five years? Why does that matter for a part time, temporary job? They ask you things to make you jump through hoops. The questions were too broad, but they expected a specific answer. For example, they would ask "How do you fix a car?" which can't be answered unless you know specifically what's wrong with the car. Neither were very friendly, thought they were above you, and were completely humorless and/or slow on the uptake. I walked out after putting up with more of their dimwitted questions than I should have.
