Passed all the online tests and reached video interview. Video interview was good as you got 2 minutes to prepare your answer so you could think about how to structure your answer. Got rejected within a week however received constructive feedback about how I could improve within interviews in the future and understand my strengths.

The assessment centre was very laid back and enjoyable process. We were able to get to know the other graduates and our ability to work in a team and interact with other was tested.

Give a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer/client/coworker. How did you respond to this?
The application process started with an initial online application. Then had online tests (numerical, situational) and then video interview. The video interview was made up of competency based questions.
