1: Cleared 5 tech rounds and then HR round. They asked for payslips of current organization and everything was finalised. Then no response for over a month. HR never bother to reply on follow up calls or mails. Then received a mail that since your skills doesn't meet our requirement we are going for another candidate. Seriously it's a big question towards hiring process.
Same thing happened 3 months back when 3 rounds completed for APM Requirement and in 4th they said we need someone with 8years of experience in person and python development with no APM.
Very disappointing and hopeless recruiting process.

The interview process consisted of 3-4 rounds of interviews across global teams with a mix of behavioural and technical questions. The questions were fair to understand and test knowledge and past experiences. I found the managers and broader team to be approachable and understanding.
