Slow and ineffective. The processes, staff, and Executives I interviewed with arrogant, detached, and over-whelmed. The company had an "office manager" doing HR. Two of the founders are academics, and seem fairly clueless about how to scale / run a company. There seems to be problems with products as there has been churn of product-related people. See linkedIn for former FTE. They seem to have had multiple start-up growing pains, and the candidate / applicant process was REALLY bad. It was slow, ineffective (did not see a fair process or analytic hire approach), and it seems like they hire fairly junior people---that like to underpay---and work hard (all in the name of "Teamwork"). Given my experience and research, I would avoid this company.
