The Interview process was extremely straightforward and purposeful. Everyone was very welcoming and they all asked relevant questions. It was about 4 rounds before I got an offer and each round was different. The whole process only took about 2 weeks as they were trying to fill this position asap. The only reason I didn't take the job was because the scope of the work was a little bit different than I would have preferred. Otherwise, the IT Team and IT Director seemed like they would have been super cool to work with.
