First contacted by the recruiter via Linkedin. Interview was scheduled, however my expectations were so different.
At interview time didn't made any kind of introduction, no space for questions about role or company. They didn't turn on they cameras. To be honest, neither mentioned Nagarro in any possible way. Feels very uncomfortable. Looks like a machine. Suddenly start to ask technical questions as part of the interview. None company goals, benefits, perks or expectations were mentioned. At the second question I decide to leave the interview. Looks no HR at interview time, instead of that they try as a first steps to evaluate technical knowledgment. This let me clear is not a human oriented place. Zero kindly or friendly process. I've decided to leave the process. If a company wants to hire needs to take a more human oriented approach.

Difference between App.Run vs App.Use in a .NET Core middleware pipeline
It was very smooth and HRs were very well communicating the feedbacks on time. The interviewers were also on time and the process completed quickly with 3 days. It was really good experience.

I applied online for the position, and the hiring process includes four rounds.
Round 1: Mettl test (90 minutes) consisting of 2 coding questions, 20 aptitude questions, and 40 C# questions.
Round 2: Face-to-face technical interview at the Noida office, where scenario-based questions were asked.
I was informed that I would move forward to the third technical round, followed by the HR round.
It has now been 20 days, and I am still waiting for the update.
