Since I was coming from out of state, first round was a brief discussion of the group's role within the organization and to see if I was interested in the position to be brought in for a skill test. The skill test consisted of discussion followed by programming 2 actual problem they might have faced.
Given a dumb down db schema that represents a versioning system, write a JAVA program in eclipse IDE. Approaching either to solve the problem itself or write unit tests were left to the interviewee's discretion.
