Entrevista
First 1 hour will go into showing all deptt and walk around the Office. I liked it as they do from building h/w parts all the way till UI. So, manufacture and s/w and UI everyhing happens in one place.
Work description. It seemed very easy to me (considering my experience).
Coding interview. Was not very happy as knowledge is not checked. They decide your worth just by a coding exercise and even if you finish it you might not be selected as of weight age is given to other factors. How you interact with interviewer. Come on guys open up your mind. Don't you think people learn about environment and how to gel with team within days after joining the new organization.
