-15 minute prescreening phone call with the department head
-was very formal, started by describing the role and then asked 4 hard hitting questions so be prepared
-the job itself is interesting, the hours are not Tues/Weds off but 12:30-9pm rest of the weekdays plus Sat/Sun 9:30-6PM not great, was told a hard salary of 50K, and it was a sales role

I spoke with a recruiter who was nice and supportive, from there I spoke to someone on the intake team who seemed a little disinterested but overall nice. The last person I spoke to was not the nicest, cold, didn’t even introduce herself, and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else from the start. She also didn’t answer my phone call at the scheduled time right away.

Entrevista
The interview was very robotic and impersonal. Even though I recently completed my psychology undergrad and am a clinical mental health counseling graduate student with a 4.0 GPA, the interviewer could not figure out how to translate that background into someone who would be good at selling an OCD therapy app. I tried to talk about this experience but she ignored me and just wanted to know about experience with sales metrics. The questions she asked were not helpful and very rigid.
