The first interview lasted less then five minutes. The Manager asked me why I wanted to work for their company and what my goal was. I told him I was looking for a job that would allow me to make enough money to go back to school. He said that if I was hired, I would find the pay terrific. The manager asked me to come back to follow one of the company's trainers for the day to gain an understanding of what their company does and what I would be doing if I was hired.
