It has 3 rounds of interviews. One is with HR, one Technical and the other is an online test. The test would be about English, basic technical knowledge of computers, HTML, and a little about the field of their client. It was pretty easy. Coming to technical round, the panel consisted of 3 people and I'd say it went well, they asked questions on my past work and how I would deal with situations based on my past, pretty rational I'd say.
