This company's hiring process is very unprofessional. After the onsite interview, they even didn't bother to inform me the result(I guess it's a quiet rejection). The recruiter promises to give feedback within two days after interview but never replied email after that, so unprofessional.

First the tech interviewer ask about the working experience, I just answer with the working experience in my resume, then they ask three algrithm questions in leetcode. I didn't prepare at that time, I think I just mess it up, so I failed.
There are many questions and require careful preparation. The interviewers are professional and will not put pressure on you, but will guide you. The questions asked are very basic knowledge that is rarely used in actual development.
