Applied online, received a phone call a few days later. They ask you a few question on the phone to see whether you're worth interviewing. Questions like "Why Nike?" and "what do you have to bring to our company?" and then I was asked to go in for a group interview which was pretty casual, nothing too intense.

Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
