The interview process was inquisitive. They asked alot about personality, goals, interests and some of my background experience. They asked what would I do to help increase sales and add more value to the customer that is buying product at Nike.

How would you help a customer entering Nike? What are some of the things you would do?
It was longer than I expected but it was good. I didn’t expect the hiring process to be as long either. I know they are a big company but it took too long to even here a reply from them.

Entrevista
The interview was straight forward and the basic who are you questions and what can you bring to the company. In addition they asked questions about your background experience and how they relate to the current position. They also gave me an overview of the day to day operations.
Group interview at first and then a one to one interview. If you get through the group interview then you will most likely get the job as they want to see you arn daicuss starting dates
