I was referred by a friend and within a day of submitting my CV received a follow up from HR to review my interest in NIKE and qualifications for the role. This was very straightforward and friendly and I was immediately told that I would be brought in for a face-to-face interview with the team lead. Again, I was in for a very friendly conversation about what I brought to the table and what they were looking for. At the end, I was told that I would be brought in for a presentation to the team, which I was given 6 days to prepare. I enjoyed the activity and the feedback from the presentation was very positive. Everybody I met was intelligent, articulate, and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right fit. Unfortunately, this role was not it for me, but I look forward to interviewing at Nike London for more appropriate roles in the future.

Lots of rounds little response from recruiter. Overall, really great conversations just wish they were more responsive. Really great company culture and kind employees. Think process needs to be slightly tightened up.
