I applied through their website. A few days after, I got a call to schedule a first interview, that was online. After 2 weeks they contacted me again for a second interview, also online. No answer so far.

The interviewer asked about my previous experiences. The most important question was why I wanted to work for Nike, and they were expecting an answer mentioning Nike's mission (like sustainability, diversity etc).
