The first interview process starts off with an online interview with video on. You have to record yourself speaking to interview questions. If the interview was successful then you are invited to an online interviews with real human.
Interviewed with 2 managers in the DPP department. Super personable and extremely team oriented. The interview only lasted 30-40 minutes and ran on a tight schedule. The interview doesn't focus too heavily on hard skills but rather a motivation to learn. No offer but they had a review session to explain why

The interview was surprisingly short sweet and to the point. They had a very quick response and follow up time. Seemed like they needed to fill this role quickly
