1) Very slow process
2) the Recruiter was unprofessional.
3) Offer was given and then revoked!!
4) Was given a false reason on candidate behavior, wow! Then why the offer??
5) Wasted so much time n energy!

Entrevista
Interviewed on the phone with HR and then on the phone with hiring manager. All went well and I was asked to fly to Portland for an in person interview. HR scheduler did not give me the details of my flight information until the night before I was to fly. Flight to Portland was fine with car and hotel waiting for me. I interviewed with 9 people (3 of which were a panel interview). After my last scheduled interview with the hiring manager and had the campus tour. The hiring manager asked me to come back after the tour as she wanted me to meet with her manager (a good sign as he was not on my schedule). I interviewed with the hiring manager boss and that went well also. All went very well and I felt really good about the possibility of an offer soon to come. Flew home that noght and then I heard nothing. After a 2 very professional emails to the hiring manager (never got a reply) and a few emails to HR. I finally found out that they went with another candidate. The follow up from Nike was horrible in my opinion. HR stated that I would receive a check for $60 for per diem. 2 weeks after my interview. I got an email 2 weeks after the interview asking me for my address so they could send the check. It's been 2 months and I have received nothing. I emailed HR to let them know and received no response. Kind of unprofessional in my opinion. Follow up and deliver on what you say Nike!
