It took about 2 weeks. I applied online and received a call 2-3 days later for a phone interview then a panel interview a week later. It seemed to be a bit nerve wrecking but the interviewers made us feel comfortable. They introduced themselves then had an icebreaker question. You want to stand out but be genuine at the same time.
