they called me after i had applied online, then they moved me straight to a one on one interview with the area manager. It was very down to earth and straight forward, they asked the classic why nike question and after that they just wanted to see what sort of person I was and whether I was able to be trained in the way they wanted me to sell.
The interview process was smooth and surprisingly easygoing. The process emphasizes a passion for fitness and the ability to handle a busy environment, with a generally welcoming atmosphere despite potential delays in the final offer.

Great interview process, straight forward. I went through three rounds. Everyone was very nice. They had good communication throughout. I did not end up accepting the offer. I would apply to this company again in the future.
