Your first initial interview will be a phone interview. If you meet their criteria you will then be invited to a group interview. During the group interview you will be broken into groups and the managers will rotate and ask your group one question. After 1-2 days you should receive a call informing you if you were chosen to attend a 2nd group interview. The 2nd group interview is set exactly like the first. If their interested in hiring you then you should receive a email asking you to complete a background. 3-5 days later if you passed the background check you should receive a call from them offering you the position. My advice is that you be energetic and show that you are able to communicate well with others.
