I had a 30 minute hirevue interview for the Grove location here in Los Angeles. I verbally accepted the role the morning following my video interview. However, a couple hrs later, I received another call and the offer was withdrawn, and they stated that they did not feel I would be a good fit due to my schedule availability—information that had been clearly communicated during the interview. I currently have another job and explicitly stated this during the interview, only for the offer to be rescinded. What sucks even more is that my manager at my other job was completely flexible and willing to move me to a different schedule which would've allowed me to proceed with the role at Nike. Such a shame they missed out on an incredible employee and lifelong Nike fan.
