I applied for the Digital Advertising Coordinator position four months prior and was ghosted by NICABM then about of the blue I was contacted and asked if I was interested in the Lead Client Communications Coordinator position. I was invited to a first round interview which went very well. I was then invited to a second round interview with the owner, Ruth. This was by far my worst ever interview I have ever had. Ruth was rude, expressed bigoted opinions and generally gave a very negative atmosphere. I walked out of the interview feeling humiliated and I made my choice to never consider working at NICABM.
