There is a waiting area where you fill out a short information application nothing crazy.
Everyone is then sent into a room for interview.
Two Rounds on same day

Sent in a resume after finding them online. Got an email back within a couple days asking me if I'm available for an interview. It was a group interview consistent of myself and two other applicants. The hiring manager was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know us and what we could bring to the company. We all got a chance to answer her questions, and of course ask our own. I recall the interview being fairly quick, maybe about half an hour long. Got a very good vibe.
Quick tip: The company is very serious about your references and background, seeing as you'll be working with children. You will need to provide three written recommendations.
I received an offer a day or two later, as well as my site placement. I interviewed with my site director before getting a call back to the main office to review all my paperwork.
You are required to create a Unit Plan (several week summary of lessons) and a Lesson Plan (detailed step-by-step of a single lesson).

Group interview then individual interview with the CEO. Panel was with candidates ranging from group leader to activity specialist applicants. Low stress environment and was offered job and rate on the spot.
