Hiring process was pretty straightforward. NHS made their requirements very clear in their job description. They even list out the criteria they are looking out for and how it will be assessed. Interview was pretty straight forward. Was given 45 mins to type out a minutes of a past meeting. Was then interviewed by 3 interviewers with standard interview questions prepared beforehand.
