Entrevista
There were three parts to the interview process. In the email I received confirming my interview I was given a topic to prepare a 3 minutes presentation on. I had to complete a task on SPSS and then finally an interview with staff members.
2 phase interview. First going over your cv and telling about your educational background and clinical experience, including the therapeutic approaches that you've practiced. Second phase includes reflective questions on clinical experience and research skills

applied online by email, sent my cv and a cover letter. was invited to an interview and had to review a case study for 15 minutes before going in. Then had to answer those questions and answer a few more about myself, what demographic i like to work with etc.

Entrevista
The interview was over Skype as I was abroad at the time. It was both competency based and behavioral, wasn't meant to be stressful so there are no curveballs, they don't ask for a specific answer but rather look at how you reason within a given situation. Obviously knowledge around confidentiality and risk is expected to a certain degree, but nothing beyond what you wouldn't have learned in your psychology undergrad.
