A standard face to face interview with Q&A, then had to do 2 tests one in numeracy and one in literacy, fairly easy for someone who has done GCSEs, A-levels and Uni.

Terrible, both women had no clue how to interview and also told me this, as the woman was ill. The only feedback was elaborate on 'data protection', What? Apart from me giving you the definition (as done), what more could be needed? All this for a telephone job and minimum wage
