A topic was given, and based on pre-reading materials, you are expected to come up with a resolution with your team. Once done, you will be brought to a separate Q&A session where you have to explain your thought processes.
First stage was the Assessment Centre where you are grouped into groups of 5 and have to work together to solve a problem statement, followed by a presentation of your solutions with a Q&A section. Second stage was a panel interview with 3 interviewers.

I reached the stage where it was an in-person assessment for the whole day, where you get to interact with other interviewees and work together on mini projects. They were assessing whether you are able to lead, communicate and interact well with others.
