There was a screening call at first where the HR was asking about the professional experience of the candidate and why the candidate think that this role is suitable for them.
There was five rounds of interview after the screening call.
there will be 3 technical rounds.
Tech Round - Hackerrank codepair exercise - The codepair exercise is upto the interviewer. They will be asking about the experience of the candidate and about the technologies that the candidate is familiar with. They will also focus on the skills that the role requires and will check whether the candidate is comfortable in learning or working in the tech stack. They will also question on how the candidate feel about working in a global team.
the next two technical rounds will be similar to the one above.
In the non technical rounds, the interviewer will check if the candidate is a cultural fit for the company. The candidate should be willing to learn and share skills with the employees. They should be self motivated and innovative.
