Interviewed with Nurse Manager, CRN(clinical registered nurse) by phone screening. The question includes introduction(especially about my nursing experience), how to do troubleshooting, nursing knowledge and some scenario based questions. 5-6 questions I answered.

I was interviewed over the phone. It went considerably well. The Managers from 4 different units taking turn interview me with several difficult questions each. They were very professional.
