I received an email to set up an initial call, had the call, received an email saying I had made it to the next round of interviews. For that round, I was given a case study and had to create a presentation for my hiring managers. This was followed by a Q&A session and a few more phone calls. I notified them that I had another offer waiting and received and offer the next hour.

What do you think is the most important trend in digital media?
Initial HireVue assessment with about 10 questions. The next round was with manager-level members of the department. The final round was with director-level members of the department. Not overly technical, focused mostly on behavioral and relevant experience.

It was very streamlined, but the first interview you do not speak with a person. At least this was the case for NFL Films department. The second interview which also happened to be the final round was with people who worked within the NFL films department. They asked run of the mill questions like why you would want to work for us and where do you see yourself in 5 years.
It was very long and quite drawn out. Took over 2 months for the entire interview process and had very little communication in that time. Whole process felt very vague.
