Virtual Interview with direct managers, Followed by second in person interview with the HR Manager and Head of Transport. The second interview with HR Manager put me off the role, she spent a large portion of the interview talking quite negatively about the department in general and the role itself. I appreciate honesty in knowing what i would be taking on in the role, however this was taken too far and didn't show the professionalism i would usually expect from someone of that level. I was informed i would hear back the following week and it has been about 5 weeks since my second interview and i have still not had any contact. I have since accepted a role elsewhere but it doesn't show a promising experience with Next for future considerations.
