it was good. but difficult it was not that hard as it would. normally seem to an ordinary individual it was okay i guess. but its fine now but it is vital to br prepared as it will help in the difficult process of this.

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
Typical customer service questions. Explain a time you helped someone, working as a team, working independently, tell me a little bit about yourself. What are kpis. What is good customer service
