Efficiently organised and remote.
The only feedback is that interviews pack in a lot for 15 minutes so there are not many opportunities to ask questions. It is ideal to have a good knowledge of your availability for shift work before as it may be you are considered for different hours/times than the job advertised.

Have to pick out an outfit for a customer and complete some general tasks like putting clothes back onto the shopfloor to understand your general competency of the role you applied for

After I applied I got a phone call from a manager who asked some general questions and explained more about the role, invited to do a trial shift and interview, was just 30 mins in total on shop floor sorted some stock and handing out online orders was asked a few questions afterwards about how it went and some questions regarding experience. Was given a £10 voucher for my time which was a nice touch, wasn’t offered the role.

Amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I feel like I got a lot of it even if I don’t end up getting the job. Interview was relaxed and they didn’t ask to many questions
