Applied online then had to have a recorded video interview after I had completed a questionnaire online. This came through my email. It was a simple and easy process from start to finish.

After I applied I did received a link where I was given some questions and I had to record my answer. Then I had an interview over Google meet with one of the buying managers. She asked me questions such as why do I want to work at Next, who do I think the customer is, what can I bring to the team etc. As this role is very trend based I was asked which trends I thought for the next season. Next I was invited to an Assessment Centre day where I did a group activity, a presentation task and finally a formal interview. My task was to do a swot analysis of a womenswear category and also trends.
