Extremely simple with no real Interview. As long as you can pass the online test you’re essentially guaranteed an interview, where you’re expected to have a small trial. I can’t say it’s like this in all stores however this was the process I went through.

Short telephone interview - informal chat to discuss availability and previous experience, which lasted about 15 minutes. Then brought in and shown round the store and the stock rooms, and fill out any paperwork.
