1. Applied online and performed an online C# test. This was not timed or watched so I could take my time which was nice. It took about a month before recruitment got in touch.
2. Informal chat with Next recruitment
3. Interview with 2 Lead Devs
4. Interview with 2 Project Managers
Overall, the whole experience was good. Once recruitment made contact the interviews were within 2 weeks.

Applied for the interview, even though my resume was perfectly apt for the role, they declined my application without giving me a any reason. I could have atleast use their feedback for my future job search, but unfor No reason whatsoever

Every thing was well structured and clear, they were looking for someone with mixed technical and leadership experience. Prepare as much as you can with leadership stuff. It will increase the chance.
