Initial conversation with HR to discuss experience on CV. Then invitation for formal interview and presentation project to complete, this was done via video call due to Covid 19 rather than face to face.
1st interview by telephone then was invited to the office to do a presentation which is an easy task. General questions from the interviewer. The process was pretty quick and I was asked back for a second interview to met the director

Through agency. One interview, no hr present. Promised to pay expenses, but only paid half about two months later. Took them three weeks to get back to me with feedback.
Absolutely useless hr department......I have been told this by numerous agencies.
